Refund Policy

14 days, any reason. If you buy Ticketpane Pro and it isn't for you, email support@ticketpane.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout. We refund in full through Polar, the same way you paid. The license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.

After 14 days we still want to hear about problems: if Ticketpane doesn't work with your Jira Cloud site because of something on our side, we'll fix it or refund you.

Refunds normally reach your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
